Invoicing
is completed once monthly, on or just after
the 1st of each month. All work is recorded
with detailed notes of tasks performed,
and precise time kept using an electronic
punch clock for accuracy. The clock is never
running except when I'm working for you,
(i.e., no lunch breaks or chit-chat time
with other employees).

At
the end of each billing period, each client
receives a convenient printable online invoice,
with an option to either pay online using
a credit card or PayPal account, or a credit
card may be kept on file to run the invoicing
charges for you, only AFTER you've reviewed
the invoice and authorized the payment,
(credit cards are NEVER charged any amount,
great or small, with prior authorization).
